At Sumter Bee Company, we take pride in delivering our raw honey, beeswax goods, and native plant products with care and integrity. Below you'll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

 

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

During peak seasons (spring plantings, holiday sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we hand-pack each order with care.

US Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@sumterbeecompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable—we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
